किसकी तलाश है? What Do You Seek? is a collection of sixteen Hindi ghazals of remarkable depth and perception that reflect on humankind’s endless search for meaning, love, and companionship. The title poem is a reminder to seek inner peace in this bewildering world of materialistic pursuits; ‘The Fire that Keeps Burning’ mulls over the cost of ambition; ‘Vitriol in their Spirits’ is a poem about the growing lack of trust between doctors and patients; ‘This Frenzied City’ is a comment on the current political scenario; ‘The Dilemma’ and ‘Helplessness of Love’ explore the volatility of relationships; ‘Everyone Is a Poet’ speaks to the poet in all of us. Individually and collectively, these modern ghazals by Dr Sanjeev Chaudhary are a deeply felt meditation on the challenges confronting every one of us in a fast-paced, confounding, and often heartless world.
