Dr Liisa Kyle has more than twenty years of experience in the field of personal development. During this time, she has coached individuals, delivered inventive workshops across four continents, and developed countless tools, techniques, activities, and fieldwork assignments to help people make real, effective improvements in their lives. She is the author of two dozen books that delve into the nuances of topics such as happiness, productivity, goal-setting, self-worth, overcoming procrastination and perfectionism, coping with regrets, and creatively getting things done.
